PostDrafter (the "Service") collects the following personal information for registration and service use.
Required: Email address, password (encrypted), name/nickname
Optional: Profile photo, company/brand information
Automatic: Service usage records, access logs, IP address, cookies
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
Member identification and authentication, service provision and operation, AI-based content generation, customer inquiry response and notices, statistical analysis for service improvement
3. Retention Period
Personal information is destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it will be stored for the applicable period.
Consumer Protection Act: Contract/withdrawal records for 5 years
Telecommunications Privacy Act: Login records for 3 months
4. Third-Party Provision
The service does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent. However, text entered for AI generation may be transmitted to AI API providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and DeepSeek, and is used solely for content generation.
5. Destruction of Information
After the retention period expires or the purpose is fulfilled, electronic information is permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods.
6. Use of Cookies
The service uses cookies to maintain login sessions. Users may refuse cookies through browser settings, but service use may be limited.

Users may view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time and may request membership withdrawal.
