Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the use of the AI-based blog content generation service provided by PostDrafter (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" refers to the web service where users input photos, voice, and notes, and AI generates blog drafts optimized for platforms such as Naver Blog, Tistory, and WordPress. "Member" refers to a person who has registered and been granted access.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)
These terms take effect when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to members.
Article 4 (Registration)
Users apply for membership by filling in the required information and agreeing to these terms.
Article 5 (Service Provision)
The service provides AI blog generation, photo upload and voice input, personal library management, tone/design customization, and multi-AI engine support (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek).
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
Members shall not misuse others' information, interfere with service operations, use the service for illegal purposes, or infringe copyrights.
Article 7 (Content Rights)
Copyright of content generated through the service belongs to the member.
Article 8 (Service Restrictions)
The service may restrict use if a member violates these terms or disrupts normal operations.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The service does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of AI-generated content. Members are responsible for how they use generated content.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to service use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction at the court of the service operator's location.
